We made the decision to switch over to AJAN for our burntable needs about 1 1/2
years ago now. We had our worries as it relates to lead times and language barriers prior to
purchasing but those quickly disappeared. I have to say this has easily been one of the best
decisions machine wise for our company in a long time. The customer service and response time
whether it be a simple quick question or ordering parts or troubleshooting and helping in
general easily surpass any other equipment we use with other companies. Replacement parts and
consumables take a mere 2-3 days MAX which is better than many of our US based suppliers. I
cannot speak highly enough of the AJAN team and we will definitely be investing in new equipment
with them again when that time comes.
